Catnapp releases the video and the remix of ‘despierta’

The official music video for Catnapp – ‘despierta‘ featuring O.L.I.V.I.A is out now.

The final track on TRUST, ‘despierta’ is a collaboration between the two Argentinian artists and finds Catnapp returning to her roots, a closing of a circle – with a song where the producer sets aside one of her personal fears and sings in her native tongue for the first time in years.

‘despierta’ casts Catnapp and O.L.I.V.I.A. as wingless, sleepwalking fairies attracted by a magnetic darkness, drawing them into a forest and an enchanted tree that awakens nocturnal spirits.

Alongside the release of the video, a re-imagined version of ‘despierta’ by Catnapp and fellow Argentinian Tufi Meme is available today on all platforms – a club-ready rework where the duo push the track to ecstatic new heights, chaining the track’s ethereal textures to an unrelenting pulse.
